Best bets for airport dining -- Part 1.

It seems that no matter which airline we fly out of LAX, there's never a decent restaurant anywhere near our concourse.

By contrast, Seattle's Seatac Airport has several good choices in their central terminal, which is an easy stroll to everything but the satellite terminals.

With an upscale wine bar, a sushi bar, and a microbrewery on hand, there are plenty of temptations, but we always opt for one more hit of Dungeness crab or wild Alaskan salmon at Anthony's. Impeccably fresh seafood and shellfish are simply prepared and served with local, seasonal produce and sourdough bread.

If you're not in the mood for a meal, order the hot Dungeness crab and artichoke dip with a glass of Washington state wine. If you're in a hurry, they can pack your order to go. Just be prepared for envious glances from your seatmates.
