      You can add London to the beginning or end of any of our other suggested trips to Europe.

      If you have never been to London before, we recommend that you spend five nights there. If you?ve been before, three nights may be sufficient, depending on your interests.

      London is too huge to see everything on foot and the London Underground or "tube" is generally convenient, safe and reliable. So we recommend that your clients use it to save their feet.

      London Transport offers several Travelpasses that give you access to unlimited transportation on city buses and the "tube." One-, Three-, and seven-day passes are available and you can purchase a two-zone pass or an all-zone pass that includes transportation to Heathrow Airport and on the Docklands Light Railway.

      Travelpasses start at 6 GBP and are available through London Travel Pass at www.londontravelpass.com.

      Those who plan to visit lots of museums and attractions should purchase a combination of a TravelPass and a LondonPass which combines admission to more than 50 of London?s most popular attractions with unlimited transportation. One-, Three- and six-day passes are available, starting at 33 GBP. Passes are available through London Travel Pass at www.londontravelpass.com.

      The State Rooms at Buckingham Palace are open to visitors in August and September. You will save time if you purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets are available online from Buckingham Palace at www.royalresidences.com.

      If you want to take a "flight" on the British Airways London Eye ? and you should ? you?ll need to make reservations in advance. You can make online reservations through British Airways at www.british-airways.com/londoneye.

      If you are interested in visiting the Houses of Parliament, you?ll need to apply at least one month in advance for reservations. You can find complete information about how to make arrangements from the British Parliament at www.parliament.uk.
