      You can add Paris to the beginning or end of any of our other recommended trips to Europe. Or combine it with other cities for a grand tour of Europe.

      If you have never been to Paris before, we recommend that you spend at least five nights there. If you've been before, three nights may be sufficient, depending on your interests.

      Although the Paris Metro is terrific -- safe, clean, and convenient -- we recommend that you walk as much as you can so you won?t miss everything en route. If that?s impractical, the Paris Visite pass may be a good investment for you.

      There are several options available. Passes are available for one, two, three or five days, and for unlimited travel within the city on Metro, trams, and busses. Five-zone passes which include Versailles, Disneyland, and both major airports are also available.

      You can purchase the passes at main Metro stations. Or you can purchase them in advance from The Conciergerie at Passes range in price from 11EUR to 55EUR and can be delivered to your Paris hotel or sent to your home.

      The Paris Museum Pass provides unlimited admission to over 60 of the city?s museums and monuments. The chief benefit here is that holders of the card do not need to wait in line to buy tickets. At the most popular attractions, this can save you half an hour or more.

      You can purchase the card in Paris at museums, monuments, or Metro stations. A two-day pass is 30EUR; a four-day pass is 45EUR; and a six-day pass is 60EUR. Confirm locations and prices at

      You can order the pass before your departure from The Conciergerie and have it delivered to your home, or Paris hotel by visiting The two-day pass purchased in advance is 35EUR; and a four-day pass is 55EUR.

      You can also pre-book Cabaret shows at the Moulin Rouge or the Lido at Prices range from 84EUR to 180EUR.
